GEORGE L. FARINSKY

Mr. Farinsky's last corporate position was as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ashton-Tate Corporation where he was responsible for all Operations, Finance, Legal, Administration and Facilities activities. Mr. Farinsky served as President of U.S. Operations and a Director of The Bank of British Columbia. In addition, he has held executive management posts at Dysan Corporation, Kaiser Industries Corporation, Mattel, Inc. and Teledyne, Inc. During his tenure at Teledyne, the Company acquired more than 100 businesses and increased revenues from less than $10 million to more than $1.5 billion, including approximately $500 million in insurance and finance revenues. Mr. Farinsky currently serves as a Director of Intevac, Inc. He is a licensed CPA in California but is not currently engaged in public practice.
