Newton, MA- September 5, 2001 -- MOCA Systems Inc., the leader in capital facilities analysis and planning software, was selected by the US General Services Administration (GSA) to provide planning and analysis services for the US Federal Court House in Youngstown, Ohio as a pilot project.

MOCA Systems will provide its MOCA Build planning and analysis software and related services to facilitate planning and decision-making on the Youngstown project. MOCA Systems can help make the project team more effective and productive, enabling the project manager to assess 10-20 alternatives a month, including choices in the most advanced systems. The pilot project is being sponsored by Robert Hixon, Director of the Center for Construction and Project Management in the Office of the Chief Architect for the US GSA.

The pressure to bring projects in on schedule and on budget has never been greater," notes Dr. Sarah Slaughter, founder and CEO of MOCA Systems. "We are excited to be working with such an innovative team in the Office of the Chief Architect."

About MOCA Systems Inc.

MOCA Systems provides planning and analysis software and related services that enable organizations to more effectively plan, design and manage their built facility programs.
